1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.

Certain custom-made or special-order items may not be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Customized or specially manufactured instruments.
  • Items that have been used or altered from their original condition.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return is approved.
  3. Shipping: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Returns without an RMA number may be refused.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect products. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Follow the same steps as outlined in the Return Process.
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
